Writer Availability

Please contact me via the contact page to discuss your project and my availability.  An estimated completion date will be provided.  Normal turn around time for article packs is within 7 days, usually much quicker.  Turn around will depend on research required and current work load.

Payment

Clients must pay 50% up front and the remaining 50% on completion of services provided.  The payment method is via PayPal.  PLR article packs are available for instant download after full payment.

Refunds

Refunds for exclusive writing will be decided on a case by case basis and are dependent on research time committed.  There are no refunds on PLR article packs and reports.

Edits/Rewrites

Your satisfaction is my priority. Writing will be edited as necessary if I am notified within 2 working days of completion.

Privacy

I collect personally identifiable information, like names,  email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by you. The information you provide is used to fulfill your request. This information is only used for that reason, unless you give me permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of my mailing lists.

I may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting in fraud prevention or investigation. I may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Information you provide will never be traded, sold or given away for any other reason.

Exclusive Licenses

When you purchase an exclusive writing project, the writing then becomes your property.  I will not re-use or resell any writing you have purchased.  With your permission, I may use the writing as part of my portfolio, this would be in the form of a link to where the writing is published.

Disclosure

Posts on my blog containing links will likely be affiliate or paid links.  Advertisements on my blog will be paid for or affiliate advertisements.  In both cases I will receive financial or other compensation when you purchase services through these links.
